Are you dreaming about renovating your current home, or possibly adding onto an existing space? Maybe you want to create a laneway home, suite or income generating unit? We’re here to make that process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Our residential design process starts with a meeting on site to learn about your project. We will talk about your lifestyle, how you use your current space, and your needs and wants for your future space. We then begin to develop ideas into drawings.
At our next meeting, we’ll review the concepts we’ve developed. Once approved by you, we’ll start working on the working drawings and building permit submission.
Once through the municipal process, the permit documents are handed over to your chosen general contractor. If you don’t have one, we have plenty trusted companies that we work with.
But don’t worry, we’ll still be around until the end of the project, always available to liaise with the general contractor and the City and carry out site visits to ensure consistency with the design drawings.
