Our commercial tenant improvement design process starts with a client meeting to learn about your project. From there we’ll analyze the site, do some research into permitting, bylaws and then begin to develop your (and our) ideas into drawings. At our next meeting, we will review the concepts and then start working on the drawings and building permit submission.
Upon approval, we hand the permit documents over to your chosen general contractor so they can take over the building of your commercial space.
But don’t worry, we’ll still be around until the end of the project, always available to liaise with the general contractor and the City and carry out site visits to ensure consistency with the design drawings.
