This commercial tenant improvement was a new build out in the base building of a brand new development in the Shipyards of North Vancouver. We designed the layout, applied for, obtained and managed the building permit process, and liaised between the landlord, the consultants, the city, and the client. Once construction was underway, we carried out periodic site visits to ensure the design integrity was maintained and the project kept on track.
