Sasamat Sanctuary

This new single family is located on a steep waterfront lot. Although there is road access to the site, this heavily forested property is quite remote making it hard to believe the city is so close! Special considerations were taken for geotechnical issues, water access rights, and firefighting. The resulting home is spacious with spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean and surrounding forest. It’s definitely a place you can forget about the ‘outside world’!
