Mcbride Renovation

Originally built in 1912, in the Fraser Heights area of East Vancouver, this house was completely renovated and now boasts a 2-storey living area for the homeowner over a modest, legal, secondary suite. Originally an unfinished basement with dirt floors, the new 2 bedroom suite brings life and affordability to the property. By recessing beams and adding on demand heating, we were able to maintain required ceiling heights for a livable area and gain back some of the space previously taken up by the huge heating appliance. The result: a cozy little 2 bedroom suite and mortgage helper.
