Drayton Addition

Originally two floors, this single family home was expanded to add a third level with bedrooms to accommodate two growing boys. The main floor layout was completely reconfigured: the size of the kitchen was increased and its location moved to the southeast side of the house so that it would overlook the sunny back yard. A large covered deck was also added to the south side of the main floor, providing three seasons of outdoor living for our clients.
