East 4th Ave. Revival

This 100 year old house took steps into the modern world with its two phase renovation. Phase 1 was a complete gut of the interior with the reconfiguration and relocation of the existing kitchen and loads of custom millwork. Phase 2 included an addition to the rear of the building. This was made up of a new deck over carport and an outside storage area for electric bikes, strollers and yard equipment. Drawings included space planning of new areas as well as full interior design schedules. Building permits were obtained and we werre a continuous liaison between the general contractor, city and client.
