Doctors’ Office

Born from the necessity to relocate offices due to the demolition of their previous office building, these three doctors joined together to build a new family practice.

Located in an existing busy office building in Lynn Valley Town Center of North Vancouver, this commercial tenant improvement for a doctors’ office consisted of the space planning, layout and design of four treatment rooms, reception and waiting area, clean room, file storage room and doctors’ private office. In addition to design,we managed the building permit process and liaised with the general contractor, consultants, and the District of North Vancouver during construction.
